Specific experience in expropriation, acquisition and disposition

Our firm serves a large clientele that requires valuation reports for mortgage purposes and includes specialized services for expropriation/litigation and commercial/industrial assessments. It is important to note that in recent years, our firm has developed a special expertise in the handling of expropriation cases by adopting its services to various clients who have the power to expropriate governments, municipalities, school boards, etc.

We often receive different mandates for expropriation consisting of different acquisitions, real or freehold rights, affecting any kind of property, such as vacant or constructed lands with residential, commercial, agricultural, institutional and industrial vocations. In recent years, we have been involved in acting as experts at the Tribunal Administratif du Québec in certain cases, for which the parties have not been able to agree on OTC acquisitions.
